Yosuke (Bandy) Bando

As a visiting scientist from Kioxia (formerly Toshiba Memory), Yosuke Bando’s mission at MIT was to develop computational methods and hardware systems for analyzing the brain. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Tokyo while working for Toshiba Memory, where he was responsible for developing applications of advanced semiconductor chips for computer graphics, computer vision, image processing, wireless communication, and storage systems.
