Miles George

Miles is an MIT undergraduate majoring in Biological Engineering. He was a part of the 2019 MIT iGEM team conducting foundational research in cellular communication and swarming. He is currently working in the Synthetic Neurobiology Group under Shannon Johnson, working on new ways of controlling molecular tools as cellular sensors. He hopes to broaden his understanding of protein engineering and neuroscience and is excited to work in the Boyden lab around many interesting projects and biotechnologies.
