Leona Gottselig

Leona, while an MIT student majoring in Biological Engineering, Course 20, worked in the Boyden lab, focused on engineering live bacterial therapeutics. She is interested in using synthetic biology and AI for translational applications. Her other interests and activities include the MIT Biomakers, and she is a 3^rd degree black belt in karate and enjoys making pottery.
