Jaebin completed his PhD in electrical engineering at Columbia University, where he worked on developing an implantable CMOS imager for deep neural imaging. As a postdoc, he worked to develop and apply new technologies for brain imaging and analysis. He was co-advised by Fan Wang and Ed Boyden. Upon leaving MIT, Jaebin joined Science as a Mixed Signal IC Designer.
