Eung Chang Kim

Eung Chang holds a Ph.D. in Physiology and Biophysics from the Department of Medicine at Eulji University in Daejeon, South Korea. He completed his postdoctoral training at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in the Department of Molecular and Integrative Physiology under Dr. Hee Jung Chung. Before joining MIT, Eung Chang worked as a visiting research scientist in biophysics at the Beckman Institute, UIUC. Eung Chang ’s expertise is in investigating neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders, where he has employed advanced techniques such as  human induced pluripotent stem cells (hiPSCs)-derived endothelial cells or neurons and the tissue expansion technique.
