Eunah holds a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Seoul National University in Seoul, South Korea, and completed her postdoctoral training at New York University Langone Medical Center in the Department of Physiology under the mentorship of Rodolfo Llinás. Before joining MIT, she worked as a research scientist at the Broad Institute. Eunah’s expertise is in investigating neurodegenerative and neuropsychiatric disorders, where she has employed advanced techniques such as brain slice imaging and in vivo EEG recording. At MIT’s Synthetic Neurobiology group, she serves as a research scientist, where she pioneers the use of cutting-edge imaging technologies to decode the intricacies of synaptic function in the brain.
