Deniz Aksel

Deniz, while studying Biological Engineering at MIT, did research on automatic and non-invasive neural interfacing in the Boyden lab. He previously did research at the Kron lab at the University of Chicago, where he investigated the chaperone protein Hsp70, its functions and its interactions within the cell. He has also assisted research on cancer cell motility at the BioMEMS lab at Mass General Hospital.
