Glen, while at Sacred Heart and University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras, where he focused his B.S. studies on Biotechnology with a minor in Neuroscience, performed research on unraveling the molecular mechanisms behind nerve network regeneration for the intestine of H. glaberrima. He worked in the SURF program at UT Southwestern, investigating photoreceptor degenerative conditions in Mus musculus. For the summer of 2023, he participated in the MIT MSRP program investigating working memory in C. elegans in the Synthetic Neurobiology group.
